A little about me!

Hi! I'm Ashley!

My journey as a fitness and nutrition coach began with a passion for helping people become the healthiest, fittest versions of themselves. For over 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of women, guiding them to regain their confidence, strength, and overall well-being.

But when I became a mom, everything changed.

​

After my first pregnancy, I struggled to recognize my own body. I didn’t feel confident or comfortable, and it was hard to balance my roles as a mom, wife, and coach while trying to prioritize myself. I know exactly how it feels to put yourself on the back burner, feeling like there’s never enough time or energy for 'you' after giving so much to everyone else.

That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help other moms—whether they’re pregnant, postpartum, or beyond—rediscover their confidence and realize that feeling strong, healthy, and empowered after having kids is possible.

As a pre/postnatal fitness expert and certified nutrition coach, I’ve combined my expertise with my personal experience as a mom to create programs that fit seamlessly into the busy, unpredictable lives of moms. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, healing postpartum, rebuilding your core and pelvic floor, or just trying to regain your energy and strength, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Through one-on-one online coaching and my signature program, Hot Ash Mama, I’m committed to helping you reach your goals—whether it’s losing the baby weight, healing postpartum, or simply feeling like yourself again.
